what is resitrix sk?
Resitrix SK is a revolutionary bitumen compatible, heatweldable EPDM synthetic rubber roofing membrane developed by market leaders Phoenix. It has an integral reinforcement and a unique adhesion-enabling top surface.
The underside is coated with a tenacious self-adhesive polymer bitumen, protected by a removable PE release film.
do we install it?
Yes, we do. In fact, PH Jones & Son Roofing are one of only a handful of recognised installers of Resitrix SK in the whole of Wales.

- maintenance-free, rot-proof, frost-proof and highly resistant to ageing
- unaffected by infra-red or ultra-violet radiation, no surface protection by paint or chippings required
- resistant to ozone and other atmospheric pollutants
- withstands normal foot traffic and is non-slip - even when wet
- flame-resistant to DIN 4102 part 1, B2 and withstands sparks and radiant heat in accordance with DIN 4102 part 7
- bitumen-compatible
- laps can be easily heat-welded, even at sub-zero temperatures or in the rain
- contains no plasticizers or chlorides and will not shrink with heat or age
- recyclable
- carries Building Inspectorate Test Certificate No P-22 0969 4 97 and complies with UK Building Regulations
- permanently elastic
